Lonely Planet is all set to celebrate their 40th birthday and this time they have decided to send their two travel writers in a Mini Cooper D Clubman on a tour from London to Istanbul. Lonely Planet said that they are trying to celebrate their birthday celebrations in a better way and therefore they have decided to put two travel magazine writers in a Mini and let them take an epic journey of 10,000 miles across Europe, Asia and Australia. The trip will also celebrate the seminal trip from London to Sydney that was initially made by Lonely Planet co-founders Tony and Maureen Wheeler.
